Project Details

Ottawa’s very first Thrive 450 is officially open at Canoe Park, located at 228 Conservancy Drive in Barrhaven! This compact, dynamic outdoor fitness structure is designed for total body training in just 450 square feet—perfect for community wellness, OCR (obstacle course race) preparation, and grip strength development.

The Thrive 450 system offers space for up to 10 users at a time, encouraging residents of all fitness levels to get moving, build strength, and stay active outdoors. With its vibrant yellow and navy design, this fitness hub is both functional and inviting—built from durable materials and backed by the industry’s leading warranty.

Whether you’re into functional fitness, circuit-style workouts, or just looking to move your body, Canoe Park’s Thrive 450 offers a fresh and engaging way to exercise in the heart of the neighborhood.
