Playgrounds and Splash Parks That Honour Community, Culture, and Connection

Park N Play Design partners with First Nations communities across Canada to create outdoor play and gathering spaces that are inclusive, intergenerational, and designed to reflect your local identity.

Too Many Communities Are Underserved by Generic Designs and Unreliable Vendors

Playgrounds and splash parks should bring people together—but many First Nations communities have been let down by contractors who don’t follow through, or designs that don’t reflect the spirit and identity of the people who use them.

Without a trusted, experienced partner, important projects can be delayed, disconnected from culture, or built without long-term support.

A Trusted Partner With Decades of Experience Serving First Nations Communities

With over 5,000 play spaces built across Canada, Park N Play Design has helped many First Nation Bands design and build spaces that honour tradition, support community wellness, and bring people together across generations.

Whether it’s a playground, splash pad, or fitness loop—we listen first, then design a space that reflects your story and serves your community.

Park N Play Design worked within our required budget constraints and timeline to supply the designated playground on time for back-to-school. We are extremely happy with the service that we received. The playground was a large school and community fundraising commitment, so it was very important to us that everything was done correctly and on time. Bob was able to solve in process issues and to work within the limitations of the summer weather to be able to help us out and keep things on track for the grand opening. As a school, we would recommend dealing with Bob and Park N Play Design for any playground project.

Frequently Asked Questions

You Have Questions. We Have Answers.

Who is Park N Play Design?

Park N Play Design's mission has centered on developing play spaces that promote physical activity and outdoor exposure for people of all ages.

How can I be sure my playground is safe for children?

Every Park N Play Design playground is designed with the children who will use it in mind. All products are IPEMA certified in compliance to CSA standards. In short, we ensure every playground we design and build is as safe as possible. However, no playground is 100% safe, nor should it be. Healthy risk-taking is an excellent way for kids to develop their cognitive and physical abilities.

How do I contact a representative close to me?

We have knowledgeable recreation consultants across the country. Submit our contact us form on our website and your local Park N Play Rep will reach out! You can also give us a call toll-free at (866)551-8188.

How do you estimate a project timeline?

Choosing a pre-designed structure from our website or catalog is the quickest way to get your project delivered and installed, but we also offer designs created just for you. Custom designs will add to the timeline, as they will need to be designed and rendered according to your specifications. Timelines will vary on a project-by-project basis, so reach out to us for a better estimate!

How do your playground designs promote safety?

All of our individual products are designed with the children who will use them in mind. All products are IPEMA certified in compliance to standards. As t— design your structure, our playground experts look at such things as height of the playground components, required use zones, and pathways that encourage a good flow of traffic within the play space to eliminate unnecessary hazards.
