These terms apply to parknplaydesign.com (the "site"), run by Park N Play Design Co. Ltd. ("Park N Play Design", "we", "us"). By using the site, you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.

1. Using the site

You may use the site to learn about our products and services and to contact us. You may not:

• use it in a way that breaks the law, or that stops or limits anyone else from using it;
• upload or send anything containing a virus or other harmful code;
• copy, publish or distribute material from the site, or work based on it, without the permission of whoever owns the rights.

2. Our content

The text, documents, guides, photos, illustrations, videos and other material on the site belong to Park N Play Design or are used under licence. You may view and download them for your own non-commercial use, as long as you don't change them and you keep any copyright or other notices. Any other use needs our written permission, or the permission of whoever owns the rights.

The trademarks and logos on the site belong to Park N Play Design or to others. Nothing on the site gives you the right to use them without the owner's written permission.

3. Information on the site

We work to keep the site accurate, but we don't promise that everything on it is complete, current or suitable for your purpose. Product details, specifications, images and prices can change without notice. Everything on the site is provided "as is", without warranties or conditions of any kind.

The site is for general information. A project we design, supply or install is governed by your written quote and contract with us, not by these terms.

4. Links to other sites

Links to other websites are there for convenience. Those sites are run by others, and we aren't responsible for their content or their practices. Calling a company a "partner" on our site describes how we work together; it doesn't mean either of us can act for, or bind, the other.

5. Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, Park N Play Design and its affiliates, related companies and suppliers are not liable for any damages, including special, indirect or consequential damages, arising from your use of the site or of the information, products or services on or through it.

6. Your responsibility

You agree to cover Park N Play Design and its affiliates and related companies for any claims, costs and expenses, including reasonable legal fees, that result from your breaking these terms or from material you post or send through the site.

7. Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains what personal information we collect through the site, including through cookies, how we use and share it, and the choices you have.

We may disclose information when the law requires it, to run the site properly, or to protect Park N Play Design or the people who use the site. We may remove anything sent through the site that breaks these terms.

8. If you're unhappy with the site

If you're dissatisfied with the site or with these terms, your only remedy is to stop using the site. You're always welcome to tell us what went wrong (section 10).

9. Changes and general terms

• We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version, and using the site after a change means you accept it.
• These terms are the whole agreement between you and us about the site.
• If a court finds part of these terms unenforceable, the rest still applies.
• If we don't enforce a term, we haven't given up the right to enforce it later.
• These terms are governed by the laws of Alberta and the federal laws of Canada that apply there. The site is run from Canada.
