Parks and playgrounds for residential developers. In Cherot, St. Albert, a 25-foot Eiffel Tower anchors the community playground, and Marquis in north Edmonton has a fully custom tower created with Qualico Communities. Brighton Core Park in Saskatoon and Aster Community Playground in Edmonton are both National Demonstration Sites. A community playground can be one of the first amenities buyers see, so it needs a distinctive design, durable equipment and a schedule that fits the build-out.
